Easy Mochi recipe ~*~ Made

Easy Mochi recipe ~*~ Made 7/5/13 ~*~ Halved recipe and used light coconut milk. Baked in smaller pan for hour. Stuck to foil and parchment paper and made a huge mess. Was too gummy (maybe bake longer?). Would never make again - worth buying since such a messy recipe. Tasted good though. Makes a ton.
