Tuna Cakes



Tuna Cakes 2 cans tuna in water 1/2c quick-cooking oats 2lg eggs 1/2c plain low fat Greek yogurt 1/2t salt 1/4t black pepper 1/2c chopped fresh parsley 2T olive oil Mix everything together in a bowl except for the oil. Heat the oil in a large nonstick pan over medium heat. When hot, measure 1/4c mixture for each cake. Fry cakes 2 mins on each side, until golden brown. via Fitness Recipes
